All our locations for the music video took place in Government funded places. This was to link to the narrative of the music video which follows a girl who was stuck in care and since care homes are government funded places we felt that it was necessary to continue this idea. So we also shot in similar places such as a park, an estate garage, and also a public school.

                                 

 1) Park we used for the drug exchange scene.

2) An estate-parking garage used for some of performance scenes

                       3) public school where the young girl went to school.

From previous feedback, we had been told that our music video didn't make much sense and that the visuals didn't link with the lyrics. So I decided to make a shot list for how I wanted the music video to look. I listened closely to the lyrics, using that to describe what would be shown. As our music video is both performance and narrative based, I thought it would be better if there were more performance scenes from the actress' than the artist. I decided due to the fact that the song is telling a story and it would make more sense to see that story more and have shorter clips of the artist.

Since we were making some changes to the video to make it clearer, me needed to cast  an additional person. The girl to the right, CJ,  will be playing the younger version of the actress who is talked about within the film.This is to show her transition from her childhood, to her bad decision made during her late teens.
